• Personal Information: Travelers should provide necessary personal information such as full name, passport details, contact information, and any special requirements at the time of booking

• Cancellation Policy: The tour operator should have a clear cancellation policy outlining the deadlines for cancellations and any applicable charges.
• Refund Policy: If travelers need to cancel their booking, they should be informed about the refund process and any deductions or charges that may apply.
• Cancellation Charges: The cancellation charges should be communicated upfront, and they may vary depending on the proximity to the tour departure date.
• Force Majeure: In case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or health emergencies, the tour operator should have provisions for cancellations or rescheduling without penalties.

Payment Terms:

• Payment Schedule:  The payment schedule should be clearly defined, including the deposit amount, interim payments, and the final payment deadline.
• Accepted Payment Methods:  Travelers should be informed about the accepted payment methods, which may include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or online payment gateways.
• Currency: The currency in which payments are to be made should be specified, along with any applicable conversion rates.
• Payment Confirmation: Upon receiving payments, the tour operator should send a payment confirmation to the traveler, acknowledging receipt of funds and confirming the booking status.

Visa Documents:

• Tourist Visa: Most travelers visiting Nepal require a tourist visa, which can be obtained upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu or at land border crossings. Alternatively, travelers can apply for a tourist visa at Nepalese embassies or consulates in their home countries before traveling.
• Passport: Travelers must have a valid passport with at least six months' validity from the date of entry into Nepal.
