International Flights:

The Pokhara Holiday Package does not include international airfare to and from Nepal.

Travelers are responsible for arranging their own international flights to Kathmandu, Nepal.

 Personal Expenses:

Expenses of a personal nature such as meals (except those specified in the itinerary), beverages, laundry, telephone calls, and gratuities are not included in the package.

Any additional activities, services, or purchases not specifically mentioned in the itinerary are also excluded.

Travel Insurance:

Travel insurance coverage for trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances is not included in the package.

We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect yourself against unexpected events during your trip.

Optional Excursions and Activities:

Optional excursions, activities, and entrance fees to additional attractions not included in the itinerary are not covered by the package.

If you wish to participate in optional activities such as cultural performances, guided tours, or adventure sports, additional fees may apply.

Booking Process:

• To book the Pokhara Holiday Package, please contact our travel specialists through our website or by phone.
• Provide your preferred travel dates, number of travelers, and any specific preferences or requests you may have for your itinerary.
• Our team will customize your package and provide you with a detailed itinerary and quote.

Payment Terms:

• A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full before the start of your trip, as per the payment schedule provided by our team.

Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, and payment gateways. All payments must be made in the currency specified in your booking confirmation. 

Cancellation by Traveler: 

• More than 60 days before departure: Loss of deposit. 
• Between 30 to 60 days before departure: 50% of total trip cost. 
• Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of total trip cost. 

 Cancellation by genztourism: If we cancel your trip due to unforeseen circumstances or a non-meeting of the minimum group size, you can reschedule or receive a full payment refund.

Refunds: Per our cancellation policy, refunds will be processed within 10 working days of cancellation, minus any applicable fees or penalties.

Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen emergencies, cancellations, or medical expenses during your trip. 

Health and Safety: The traveler is responsible for ensuring they meet all health and safety requirements for their destination, including vaccinations, visas, and travel advisories. 

Visa Requirements:

Travelers visiting Nepal, including Pokhara, may be required to obtain a visa depending on their nationality.

Please check the visa requirements for your country of citizenship well in advance of your travel dates.

Visa policies and procedures are subject to change, so it's essential to stay updated on the latest requirements from the Embassy or Consulate of Nepal in your country.

Visa Documentation:

If a visa is required for your trip to Nepal, it is your responsibility to ensure that you have the necessary documentation and meet the eligibility criteria for obtaining a visa.

Some common visa documents may include a valid passport with at least six months validity from the date of entry, completed visa application forms, passport-sized photographs, proof of travel itinerary, and proof of sufficient funds for your stay.
