- Cancellation by genztourism: If we cancel your trip due to unforeseen circumstances or a non-meeting of the minimum group size, you can reschedule or receive a full payment refund.
- Refunds: Per our cancellation policy, refunds will be processed within 10 working days of cancellation, minus any applicable fees or penalties.
- Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, and payment gateways. All payments must be made in the currency specified in your booking confirmation.
- Payment Schedule:
- Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.
