- Room heaters (500 per night per room), obtaining visa expenditure, lunch, and other personal expenses, such as phone calls, laundry, drinks, etc.

- Standard check-in time at the hotels is 1200 Hrs. and check-out time is 12 Noon.
Currency: Unless otherwise stated, all prices are quoted in USD (United States Dollar). Currency conversion fees may apply for payments made in other currencies.
Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen emergencies, cancellations, or medical expenses during your trip.
Health and Safety: The traveler is responsible for ensuring they meet all health and safety requirements for their destination, including vaccinations, visas, and travel advisories.
Force Majeure: genztourism is not liable for any changes, delays, or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure events.

Reservation Confirmation: A nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your booking during the reservation process. So that you know, the remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule outlined in your booking confirmation.
Booking Amendments: Changes to your booking, including date modifications or itinerary adjustments, may be subject to additional fees and availability. Please get in touch with our reservations team as soon as possible to discuss any changes.
Travel Documents: When we receive your deposit and completed booking form, you will receive a confirmation email containing your booking details, itinerary, and other necessary travel documents.
Cancellation by Traveler:
More than 60 days before departure: Loss of deposit.
Between 30 to 60 days before departure: 50% of total trip cost.
Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of total trip cost.
Cancellation by genztourism: If we cancel your trip due to unforeseen circumstances or a non-meeting of the minimum group size, you can reschedule or receive a full payment refund.
Refunds: Per our cancellation policy, refunds will be processed within 10 working days of cancellation, minus any applicable fees or penalties.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, and payment gateways. All payments must be made in the currency specified in your booking confirmation.
Payment Schedule: 1. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. 2. Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule provided in your booking confirmation.
